1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DataScrub ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DataScrub on one (1) device for the duration of your subscription. The license is for personal or commercial use within your organization.
3. Free Trial
DataScrub offers a free 3-day trial period. During the trial, all features are fully available. After the trial expires, a paid license is required to continue using the Software.
4. Subscription & Payment
- The license costs $29 USD per year per device.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- Your license is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Licenses do not auto-renew. You will be notified before expiration.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with DataScrub within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
6. Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, redistribute, or resell your license key
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Use the Software to develop a competing product
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software
7. Intellectual Property
DataScrub and all associated materials are the intellectual property of the developer. Your purchase grants a license to use the Software, not ownership of it.
8. Data & Privacy
DataScrub processes your spreadsheet data locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your spreadsheet data. For details on what information we do collect, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
DataScrub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for backing up your data before using data modification tools.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DataScrub or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss or corruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies. You may deactivate your license at any time through the Software's license dialog.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
